The carbon dial features an R8 logo, luminous numerals and hands, a date display and tachymeter scale that can measure speed - all enclosed by a rubber-coated bezel. The chronograph stopwatch function adds a sporty touch and the quattro tyre tread on the rubber strap, which prevents sweat build-up, completes the design.
