Fitting. Remove water header tank cap and install new stainless cover, it is a tight fit so gently but firmly push on from side to side, if your car is fitted with Air-con, simply un-do the 10mm nut that secures the Air-con pipe over the top of the header tank, lift the pipe upwards and this will give you enough room to fit the cover, then place Air-con pipe back into position and secure. 'reverse of removal'.
