Intercooler Kit 1.8T for Audi TT mk1

We offer the single pass type system, which we believe to be the most efficient design for the application. Inlet and outlet pipes of intercooler are 60mm O/D, also pipe kit is 60mm O/D. Size of core is 500x320x60. Our core choice is extremely important, we currently use vacuum brazed type cores which provide excellent dissipation of heat and significant improvement in power and torque providing much improved drivability. Our intercooler conversions are front mount design incorporating aluminium pipe work silicone hoses, clips and brackets. The Allard intercooler conversion can be used for both road and motorsport applications. This conversion is available via mail order and fitting is relatively easy following the enclosed fitting instructions. This particular intercooler conversion will fit on air conditioned models. This conversion requires no cutting of the bumper to fit, also the crash bar is not modified or weakened in any way. Includes the "dump valve" outlet which is the standard size. Q. How will replacing the original egr system with yours effect performance.

A. You should see an improvement in performance & low RPM throttle response, particularly if the original was faulty, leaking or blocked. Fuel consumption should be improved & smoke emission reduced.
 

Q. If I fit your egr delete will an ecu warning light show.

A. Generally if you have a mechanical ( vacuum controlled ) egr valve an ecu dash warning light will not show. With regard to later 1.9 and all 2.0 models with electronic egr valves yes it will register an ecu dash light. Don't worry though as almost all engine mappers can now delete the egr function from an ecu.
